I’m a twenty year old undergraduate student studying at Leeds Trinity University. I am studying media studies and I have created this blog to showcase various projects I have undertaken during my course.
The digital media side of this blog demonstrates my enjoyment in taking photographs and editing them on various software’s such as Photoshop. I also enjoy creating my own composite images and I have experimented with 3D and motion graphics. The aim of my digital media blog is to produce helpful tutorials to explain how I have used a certain software in order to create a final product. My posts will essentially be a mini ‘Making of’ series for students who need a little help.
The media portfolio side of this website is a continual blog of my process in creating an interactive tour game which can be played on a smart phone. I will be developing this game from the original concept to the final artefact. I will be explaining the process through blog form and will be regularly updating my findings and advancements in regards to game creation and project management.
